During the last 5 days, license acceptance has dropped to a low level of 40 per day.<br><a href="http://ni.kwsn.net/%7Etoby/OSM/license_count.html" target="_blank">http://ni.kwsn.net/~toby/OSM/license_count.html</a><br><br>However, some countries (Australia, India, North and South America) still have a lower level of acceptance because the density of personal messages was very unequally distributed. Even in well-covered Germany there might be some small contributors who
