I can only speak for myself as a member of the completely volunteer
OSM Sysadmin/Hardware Team....

Managing OSM's existing growing infrustructure and servers is already
a complicated and time consuming task and I have no personal desire to
complicate my job further by supporting forks on OSM's infrustructure
and servers.

I believe OSM's strength is its community and supporting the
fracturing of its own community into distinct forks is unwise in my
opinion.

Yes the relicensing effort is proving to be quite challenging. The
single biggest issue remaining is sorting out the issues created by
historical data imports. The Licensing Working Group (LWG) is making
progress on sorting out these issues, but unfortunately not with the
expedience that some of those calling for forks desire.
