    Actually I had hoped that EU people would make the same efforts US
    people did. If you look at it by % of the active community, a huge
    effort was made by US people to go to previous SOTMS in the EU.<br>

    That's a great argument and one I agree with. Unfortunately it
    doesn't nullify my legal duty to OSMF and SOTM as I understand it.<br>

                I would also be much more comfortable is it was clear
                SOTM is going to be a success but that's just not clear.
                Even you Richard are hesitating about going. So imagine
                what our liabilities would be if it bombs.<br>
