I've been in Galveston Texas for the last week and I've been trying to add some POIs as I've ventured around the island.  One thing I've run into is that some of facilities are either permanently destroyed or temporarily out-of-use due to storm damage from Hurricane Ike in 2008.  Little to no tagging of this damage exists.<div>
