I'm glad you brought this up. I recently mapped a newly opened accessible playground that includes these sorts of water features, though it includes more features than the splash pad shown in the example picture, such as fixed water guns, and this interactive water canal:<br>

6: park_type=SPRAY␣PARK<br>5: amenity=splash_pad<br>1: leisure=spray␣deck<br>1: leisure=splash_pad<br><br>For whatever it's worth, sprayground on Wikipedia redirects to "splash pad". I think playground=splash_pad is probably a good choice, as it is applicable to the small splash pads found in some cities, as well as a component of larger playgrounds.<br>
