As for whether or not we should be putting emergency=yes on top of every
single highway in New Jersey that is tagged access=no or
access=destination, if you or anyone else wants to waste your time doing
that, I guess there's not much that can be done to stop you. At least not
until someone dies because an emergency responder relied upon OSM data.
