</div><br>my duck-test would go like this: if a road is serving to connect a place (e.g. a hamlet, village) and is used by people going to this place then it is at least unclassified, if instead it is used only by farmers to access their fields, then it is a track.<br>
<br></div><div class="gmail_extra">I don't know what "the physical appearance of a track" is, as I have seen all kinds of them, from perfectly paved with smooth surface to very uneven grass track hardly recognizable.<br>
