<p dir="ltr">If the building carries a common name for all the offices I would tag it with amenity=clinic. Otherwise each office with amenity=doctors.<br>
You can dig the wiki for indoor mapping advice, level on which the office is is perhaps level=# (can't remember w/out verifying). </p>
