It's two longstanding bugs, it takes time to fix. Not rendering<br>
abandoned railways (wether or not on top of a bridge which should<br>
itself be rendered) is a separate issue (this time not a bug but a<br>
conscious decision).</div></blockquote></div><br><br>if the bridge is not mapped, but just an attribute to another feature (here abandoned railway), and that other feature doesn't get rendered anymore, it might seem for mappers interested in that feature that the issues are intertwined. I agree they are not. Also abandoned features do not guarantee that the bridge is still physically present or usable. <br><br></div><div class="gmail_extra">I hope (and believe) that the carto-osm-style will soon render man_made=bridge objects, so that bridges can be rendered as objects on their own.<br><br></div><div class="gmail_extra">Cheers,<br></div><div class="gmail_extra">Martin<br></div></div>
