There are some like that, maybe a concrete or tarmac base so tent pages<br>
a problem, maybe operator/owner just wants self contained campers.<br>

I'd suggest for this purpose we treat them as the same, #define<br>
caravan_site = camp_site. There are other tags to tell the difference.<br>
