Some use them as such. And most pets when in a large area and
feeling the need .. simply toilet then and there. And pets tend to
introduce their scent to the same spot. <br>
I used to 'play' in one or two of those areas before it was made a
'dog park'. I don't go to those areas any more. Pity .. the wind for
kite flying was good in one of them. <br>
