area is that someone making a nice copy (& paste)

left pane of OSM.org will inadvertently miss the number.<br>

That is the same number both on a node (once) and on the
way/relation <b>that this node belongs to</b> (once)?<br>
(we already have the other address information routinely
duplicated and even triplicated (associatedAddress) for
the sake of consumers finding it, so why not the

Please be clear and justify.<br>
Info is routinely in two places, e.g. building and associatedStreet,
to cope with software or people that do not support one of the
places.<br>
This is exactly the case.<br>
(and if you look for "DE", "FR" etc, it's more than two places)<br>
