you can do this with overpass API (if all boundaries are
mapped). Of course you should not rely on rectangular bounding
boxes but use the Kent-area/border for this.<br>

For the overpass API to work, you need to connect your GPS to the
Internet.<br>
For a GPS to do that with subareas, just a few, lightning fast
program instructions are needed.<br>
Bboxes? Borders? In what way are they necessary to answer Colin's
