One question, if cyclelane use is compulory, are you allowed to not use<br>

<br></blockquote><div>In Italy there are two answers:<br></div><div>1) legally no. I asked that question explicitly to an expert friend. Worse: if the cycle lane is blocked by an illeglly parked vehicle, you have to dismount and use the sidewalk, if present to walk your bicycle around the vehicle.<br></div><div>2) practically you can do it, when it's safe. <br><br></div><div>The legal aspect is obviously important in case of an accident. <br></div></div></div></div>
