If you look at my example, you will see that it's not lasting 1 day
in a whole year but every day during 2 months of it, most of the
day, and it's not in a very few streets but, according to <a
href="http://www.sprimont.be/commune/sprimont-infos/sprimont-info-pdf/sprimont-infos-aout-2014">here
(sorry for a stupid PDF)</a>, <br>
<blockquote type="cite">"rue Victor For<br>

çon), rue Jean Doinet, rue Haie des Pauvres, rue Del Wède,<br>
rue Houreuse, rue de Wachiboux (tronçon), rue El Bedire"<br>
</blockquote>
<br>
That makes most of the streets in a village except the two main
roads.<br>
<br>
The deep question is: would it be useful? Would it be visible on a
map (1)? Would Osmand detect that a destination is unreachable at
the calculated time of arrival and advise to start the journey ½h
sooner or later? <br>
Or are time conditional restrictions a loss of mapping time?<br>
<br>
(1) that for example shows paths where pedestrians can go but not
road crossings where they must go<br>
<br>
Cheers

Only access=no has time limits, outside which any
permission is redundant.<br>
OK so far?<br>
<br>
But I can't find a permission tag allowing motor vehicles
of local residents.<br>
<br>
??? <br>
is not <i><b>destination</b></i> which is not a

is not <i><b>private</b></i> or <i><b>permissive</b></i>
which is not a permission and is granted by the owner<br>
shouldn't <i><b>local_resident</b></i> be added to that
list?<br>
<br>
But how can I have one such tag act as a permission during
the restriction period without being a restriction itself
outside the period? By can, I mean simply, readably.<span
