          .. then the monument is sited on an (alleged) 'tomb'. As such
          the monument is part of the 'tomb'. <br>
          <br>
          Even the title of the photo says 'tomb'.  <br>
          <br>
          I would not take it as a good example of a 'cenotaph'.<br>
