</div></div>It is certainly possible, in the UK all public highways have a<br>
reference number. For lower classifications these references are used<br>
internally by Local Authorities and the references do not appear on<br>
signs. The consensus is that only references that a visible should use<br>

For unsigned references we use official_ref and prow_ref which will not<br>
