<p>you might find power_supply to be better suited as it is already
documented <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:power_supply">https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:power_supply</a> it
already covers all of those topics except for intermittent,
although if it is relevant i don't see why you can't put it<br>
