school:FR is a visible sign of a failure of the global proposal for <br>
school reform at the global level, so no, I really wouldn't advise<br>
to do it again.<br>
I think it is more interesting to try to find a global criterion to make <br>
subcategories, otherwise we end up with one osm per country instead of <br>
one global osm<br>
