See</div><div><a href="https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Riding">https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Riding</a> which explicitly states that a</div><div>paddock is not a grazing area (but it also admits that in some parts of the</div><div>world usage goes against that statement).
