Diplomatic premises are still part of the host country, but have some special privileges such as inviolability meaning the host country's police etc cannot enter without permission.</div>

<div class="pre" style="margin: 0; padding: 0; font-family: monospace">Obviously the tag should be applied at the right level, which may be the building, or the land area enclosing the building, etc. It may also be the case that the EU rents some office space in a multi-tenancy building; then the tagging could get a bit more complicated as only that part of the building would have the diplomatic status.</div>
