I don't think a distinction based on primary and secondary energy is
at all confusing - this would follow the way these terms are used in
scientific literature and as understood by the lay person. If
someone starts talking about a generator, I'm definitely not
picturing a battery bank. The terms 'primary'and 'secondary' energy
may not be commonly known but the distinction is common.<br>
