Normally, they just have the name of the street, but in the cases
where the name is the name of a person, is common to have other
relevant informations, like you can see in the pictures and in
Stefan's example.<br>
They're mostly plaques in a wall, but they can also be detached,
when there's no place to attach them to.<br>
