    Seeing it from that perspective, I have to agree with that
    ambiguity, but that also means that we should have a museum=historic
    tag, which, curiously, has 3 uses in the database.<br>

              In this matter, I agree with Paul. historic=* should only
              be used as an attribute, not as a first level tag. I don't
