<p>I'm not convinced that the information that this proposal would
add is actually worth the trouble, but most of the arguments
against it would seem to be have centred around that the proposal
itself wasn't clear enough that it was simply proposing an
extension to normal lane tagging. For example it wouldn't have
required any way splitting over what is already necessary for
correct lane tagging. <br>
