To solve this -- is it your position that the international equivalence page should be expanded to include highway=track and the highway=track page be made more generic? I'd be interested to hear practical recommendations as to how our documentation can properly account for usage in Africa and/or invite you to directly contribute documentation to the wiki. I note that the international equivalence page doesn't discuss highway=track (beyond a brief mention at the extreme bottom of the page).
