I will then probably omit the impact attenuating aspect and concentrate on the surface material. Since I assume, these kind of mats will be made from both synthetical (petroleum based) and natural (caoutchouc based) materials and one can't easily distinguish them, a general term describing these materials would be "plastic", is that correct? (To my understanding "rubber" implies a caoutchouc based material.)<br>
