The proposed concept seems a bit fuzzy to me. You mention and link to
various different terms, including "Outdoor Screen", "LED Wall",
"Video wall" and "LED display". Do information kiosks qualify, usually
also equipped with a touch screen? What about indoor screens? What
about screens in cinema where movies are being projected? What about a
single bigscreen that is commonly found in many outdoor seating areas
in a pub or biergarten? How would you tag screens that act as portals,
connecting two remote town squares via cameras? Would there be a way
to specify whether sound is also available? Is a TV considered an
outdoor screen if it is places inside, but facing the window?

As we organize various OSM/Linux related events, it would be nice if
we could query the map for all pubs, cafe or restaurants who offer a
screen or projector and screen that we may project our OSM slides
using HDMI, a USB flash drive or via wireless. It would be a great
addition if we could see whether the given screen is somewhat enclosed
in its own area within the venue.
