need to be hot food - in that case, is heating up the sandwich in a<br>
microwave sufficient, or is a proper kitchen required... going through<br>
this definition exercise will likely lead to a rulebook that will<br>
conflict with local customs and local use of the term "food". "Do they<br>
have food in this pub?" - "Sure, I eat there twice a week" - "It's just<br>
because OSM says food=no" - "Yeah, apparently a sandwich is not good<br>
enough for OSM", or vice versa.<br>
