Neither "unknown" nor "no_indications" are currently mentioned on the relevant <a rel="noopener noreferrer" title="https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Seamarks/Bridges#Clearances" target="_blank" href="https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Seamarks/Bridges#Clearances">wiki page</a>, and before introducing this value, we wanted to run it past this group for feedback.
