        <div>No, those ways are generally always underwater (I'm talking
          about a region with a humid tropical climate). Not accessible
          by car though, only by motorbike and by foot - as the water
          level on marshes and swamps don't change a lot even after
          heavy rains, those ways are permanently used.</div>
