conversation </font><font face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif">we
had </font><font face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif">on
Consensus I feel the need to have a page addressing this topic
on the wiki. Consequently I created following page:</font></p>

edit (fairely ;o) ) it. Everything is open to edit of course, I
only put my views as a starting point. I really expect that we
play the wiki rule so feel free to hold the pen also.<br>

<p><font face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif">I put a DRAFT on it. If
someone knows what to do to make it clearer it is a draft feel
free. I propose to remove it and link other wiki pages talking
about consensus to this one once feedback are okay to proceed as
it might become an additional angular stone in our
documentation.<br>
