I don't remember this specific proposal (deprecating specifically social <br>
media links without contact: prefix) being made before. And I expect <br>
this narrow focus will make it more likely to succeed. I would approve <br>
the proposal as is.<br>

issue because the problem won't go away on its own.<br>
