<body>Mateusz,<br><br>>well, that is probably because someone based wiki page on Wikipedia page rather than actual use of the tag (it is a common mistake)<br><br>So, should the common use in OSM be what is documented in the wiki? <br><br>Most objects tagged with man_made=communications_tower do not match the meaning on the OSM wiki, (speaking from experience) but should we change the wiki documentation because of this?<br><br>>that OSM is using primarily UK meaning and spelling<br><br>The UK meaning of dock refers to the type of dock that is in the form that I'm referring to. The American usage of dock as another word for pier corresponds with the large amount of incorrectly tagged objects in OSM.
