These roads indeed are a bit weird until you realize that
this <br>
doesn't actually change any rules (laws) or priorities. They

don't actually change the classification of the roads, even
though <br>
in some cases when the bicycle paths are shared on the same

asphalt those bicycle lanes are painted wider.<br>
<br>
In short, just tag them as a normal road according to normal
<br>
classification (typically highway=residential) and <br>
bicycle=designated.<br>
