<p>Not won't sell - just not selling currently. Mostly excess
inventory or cars that need to be serviced/valeted before sale.
Could also be customers' old cars that have been "part exchanged"
and will be sent off to auction - rather than being sold at that
dealership (common for branded dealerships).<br>
