But I presumed that a straight-on arrow means exactly that, in particular, if on the right lane, excludes right-turn. An arrow on the ground pointing to the left is legally binding to turn <br>
left, but says nothing about a possible / forbidden u-turn. IMHO, this <br>
is described with a restriction relation.<br>
