    <p>I wish to withdraw my proposal, because I have come to the

      conclusion that I'm over-categorizing and that <font

        face="Courier New, Courier, monospace">settlement </font>will

      have to do with further <font face="Courier New, Courier,

        monospace">settlement_type</font>s down the hierarchy which are

      partly already in use.</p>

    <p>I will add the "archived" template which is usually only done

      after the vote.<br>
