></blockquote></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>depends if the water is drinkable, in these cases, particularly if you do not tag amenity=drinking_water, you should generally add drinking_water=yes/no/etc. for a relevant description. I would have thought it is a water tap albeit you apparently cannot control the flow. I would have tagged it amenity=fountain, drinking_water=*, because I only tag man_made=water_tap when there is no fountain like thing but only a tap (and maybe a sink).<br></div><div><br></div><div>Cheers,<br></div><div>Martin<br></div></div>
