<p>"Lifeboat" is an ambiguous term -- it even has a disambiguation
page on Wikipedia which lists
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lifeboat_(shipboard)">https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lifeboat_(shipboard)</a> ahead of
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lifeboat_(rescue)">https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lifeboat_(rescue)</a> .</p>
<p>Favoring emergency=marine_rescue seems sensible to me.</p>
