The general convention for source and source_ref, when they refer to the name tag is to use source:name and source_ref:name as the tags.

<br>source:name=DOL 1917<br>source_ref:name=GPS:<a href="http://www.sl.nsw.gov.au/online/maps.cfm" target="_blank" onclick="return top.js.OpenExtLink(window,event,this)">http://www.sl.nsw.gov.au/online/maps.cfm</a><br><br>

In other words, qualify the source tag by suffixing it with the attribute it refers to.
