John,<div><br></div><div>Would it not be better to map the extent of the flood plain rather than tag individual road segments? I know they have mapped the 'floodplain' across Victoria and then categorised it into probabilities ie 1:5, 1:10, 1:20, 1:50 and 1:100 chance of flood. Obviously its another thing getting data out of State departments but I would have thought this was a better way to go.</div>
<div><br></div><div>I agree there are valid cases where flood_prone=yes is an appropriate tag for a road segment although at what level do you do this ie an individual node on a road if it goes through a dip with a depth gauge through to a segment if there is a long stretch of low road.</div>
