Agreed with Warin, the name key is for the name only not a description<br>
like "Truck Parking"<br>

I would go one step further and use hgv=designated on the<br>
amenity=parking node/way to indicate that trucks are preferred in this<br>
parking area and remove "Truck Parking" from the name. If car's aren't<br>
explicitly signed as no, then leave off the motor_vehicle=no tag.<br>
