Have OSM communities outside of AUS (and NZ) even been addressed? While<br>
not totally cast in stone, there is an assumption that territorial<br>
chapters are awarded exclusive rights for the territories in question<br>
and I'm fairly sure the application will blow up in a big way if this is<br>
