            These seem to be paid for by Qld State Govt and provided by

    Strictly speaking it's the council. In fact the standard sign-age
    has a sticky spot lower right for the council name. The Qld Govt
    label stuff is upper right.<br>

    <p>But for usefulness I'd expect something to join/append QSRWF to
      the council operator name. The finger road-sign is 2 lines. The
      site name followed by "Water Facility". The large sign near the
      tanks are obviously a state govt that spell out QSRWF plus site
      plus local council.</p>
    <p>I'd suggest then that operator be (eg);<br>
      "Balonne Shire Council - QSRWF"<br>
      Actually left abbreviated</p>
    <p>And the name tag be what is on the signs (eg);<br>
      "Chippaway Water Facility"<br>
    </p>
    <p>A question for consensus then?<br>
    </p>
    <p>I think the govt data set isn't available to us. Bit hard to
      navigate that, but it may be "CC4 waiver equivalent" if it is.
      That's a red background in the data catalogue.<br>
