<p>I had assumed that the addr:unit tag would be the appropriate place for a unit number in a subdivided block (specifically a complex such as this: <a href="https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/1024067987#map=17/-38.06484/145.14231">https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/1024067987</a><span style="font-size: 10pt;">).</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The wiki seems to suggest that the addr:unit is for subdivisions of a single building though and doesn’t seem to be the right tag?</span></p>
