Data for which Land Tasmania is the custodian is now available for use in OpenStreetMap (<a href="https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/File:Land_Tasmania_Signed_Waivers.pdf">waiver</a>). You need to check the metadata of individual layers to ensure the custodian is Land Tasmania.
