      A mapper has added Relation: Unincorporated New South Wales
      (18183905).I believe this should be 2 areas - but now has 205
      areas!<br>

      The additions are claimed to be from the  'Local Government
      National Report', a federal thing that financially directly
      contributes to local councils .. it has no jurisdiction over
      councils as that is a state/territory thing. It is creative
      commons v4, not listed on the data base for use... <br>
      <br>

      It would be easy enough to cope with the relation, but in adding
      it changes have been made to already mapped ways and relations,
      breaking some of them. This makes corrections difficult as the
      source of these individual changes is unknown. <br>
      <br>
      I have left comments on 2 of the changesets ..<br>
