I have just been looking for the URL for the LGA dataset and didn't see it. However I did find the NSW Spatial Services link to Arcgis map of LGAs:<br>

The recent mapping showing islands in the harbour as Unincorporated Sydney Harbour appears to be incorrect as the harbour itself is part of the area as well as the islands within the harbour.<br></blockquote><div><br></div><div>I agree. If we want an Unincorporated Sydney Harbour area in OSM then <a href="https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/18183667">https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/18183667</a> should just become the whole harbour boundary including the islands and not a bunch of small areas like it currently is.</div><div><br></div><div>Although I'm conscious that the source data we are using here is just one representation of the situation and it doesn't always mean we should have the same representation in OSM. In this case though I can't see any reason to not include the water areas.</div><div><br></div><div>It also looks like the Sydney Harbour area is using a particular high tide mark for the boundary, and I'd favour aligning it to the harbour boundary we have in OSM, by using the existing ways as the relation outers.</div><div> </div></div></div>
