I don't think it is. You've not addressed any of my concerns except the question of where the data originated. Now that we've established it came from BIPT/IBPT, I think it's safe to say the data needs to be removed from OSM. Unless of course you have explicit approval from them that you can import their data into OSM. In that case I would ask you to document that approval in the Import Catalogue.<br>

In general, we cannot use any government data in Belgium without explicit permission. Either to any user or to OSM specifically.<br></blockquote><div><br></div><div>Ok I wasn't aware of that.</div><div>But again, if I had spotted myself those antennas, the problem is still the same ?</div>
<div> </div><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0 0 0 .8ex;border-left:1px #ccc solid;padding-left:1ex;">Also noteworthy is that the map on <a href="http://ibpt.be" target="_blank">ibpt.be</a> says "Door deze site te gebruiken zijn de gebruikers gebonden door de gebruiksvoorwaarden van Google." / "En utilisant ce site, les utilisateurs sont tenus par les conditions d'utilisation de Google."<br>
